"Connor was both personable and professional and extremely helpful. I wasn't expecting to learn that State Farm doesn't have shareholders and therefore doesn't do stock buybacks and that's a huge selling point to know who they're actually work for and where they are spending their money. It was a great day cancelling my previous insurance who had only been silently charging me more and more and more to the point where I was spending 1/5 of what I'm going to be spending going forward. "I have been scared to speak with an insurance Co about home owners. I'm on a fixed income, so I thought for sure I couldn't afford it Well today I decided, I've got to do it.
